These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Penni (the “Service”), operated by Kralon LLC (United Arab Emirates). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Penni brings together retailers’ live sales, working coupon codes, and cross-retailer price comparisons, and helps you find the best-value option on the products you want — including a personal shopper and Price Scout. Penni is an independent aggregator: we link out to third-party retailers, and any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that retailer.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Some features require a paid Penni+ subscription. Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased in our iOS app are billed through your Apple account (In-App Purchase). Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
Penni earns commissions. When you click certain links or complete a purchase at a partner retailer, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay, and we aim to surface genuinely useful deals regardless of commission.
Deals, coupons, prices, shipping estimates and availability are collected from public retailer sources and provided for convenience. They change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm the current price, terms and availability on the retailer’s own site before buying. We are not the seller and are not responsible for third-party products, orders, delivery, returns or customer service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or harvesting data at scale, interfering with or overloading the Service, attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineering, or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
The Service, including the Penni name, logo, design and content we create, is owned by Kralon LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that deals or prices are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular saving will be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kralon LLC and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kralon LLC from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
